Voyages of Wonder

A bespoke data-driven experience created for Miles & More (Lufthansa Group), designed to strengthen emotional connection between the brand and its most loyal customers through personal travel histories.

Context

Miles & More commissioned us to explore new ways of communicating customer loyalty beyond traditional rewards and statistics. The project focused on transforming flight and travel data into a meaningful visual experience that reflected each participant’s individual relationship with movement, memory and place.

Solution

Using customer travel records, we designed a series of bespoke visual compositions generated from routes, destinations and behavioural patterns collected over time. Each piece translated complex datasets into refined digital artworks that felt personal, recognisable and connected to the customer’s own experiences. The project combined data visualisation, generative design and storytelling into a premium branded experience tailored to the identity of the programme.

Impact

The project demonstrated how data can be used to deepen audience engagement in ways that feel human rather than transactional. By turning customer information into a personalised narrative object, Miles & More created a more memorable relationship with its members while reinforcing innovation and long-term brand loyalty.
